Southern Belle

It was the fall season at the bar and the lunch rush was non existent.

While I should have been cleaning, I was actually snooping around the kitchen looking for something to have some fun with. BINGO! Fresh peach puree.

Now what goes best with peaches? For me, bourbon.

Add your citrus, add your sweet, and you've got a well rounded drink my friend!

The measurements took a little bit of tinkering, but I feel like these are the numbers that make this drink a hit!

2.00oz Bourbon

0.50oz Simple Syrup

0.75oz Lemon Juice 1.00oz Fresh Peach Puree
